am directed by The Lord Commissionen of Her Majesty'; Preasury, to transmit to you, herewith, for the information of The Dahl of Newcastle, copy of a report from the Commissiones of Audit_ and I am to state that Their Lordships are of opinion that Mr Gunthorpe's suspension should be confironed, and that his dismissal from the futhi Stoviet Should date from that Kay of his suspensionss
